HOW TO GIVE A WOMAN EARTH SHATTERING ORGASM EVERY TIME, ALL TIME, ALWAYS.

Men want to have a satisfying sexual life with their partners, unfortunately, not all couples are able to achieve a great sex life. Lovemaking is important in every relationship because it is a medium for couples to connect with each other physically and emotionally. It is important to satisfy your partner in bed, to give her the pleasure she deserves. There are several women out there, who aren’t enjoying satisfying sex with their partners. Don't believe me? Ask them yourselves.
Now, it doesn't mean that they don't like sex or they wouldn’t want to reach cloud nine during sex-they would love that so very much. It just; no one (man) has been patient or technical enough to give them that elusive pleasure. It's easy for you as a guy to achieve an orgasm. ..Hell! You can practically do it in your sleep. However it’s a whole different ball gain when it comes to women.
As a man you might feel inadequate/down when you fail to give her “earth shattering orgasms” but it is important not to feel down because the act of giving a woman an orgasm has to be taught and learned, only through practice will you be able to master this very beautiful act. Hence the very often asked- how do you achieve this goal of satisfying your woman, how do you give her earth shattering orgasms every time?  Believe me guys when I say this- if you can give your woman (or any woman for that matter) earth shattering orgasms everytime you have sex with her- you my friend, will be her hero. She will literally do anything to make you happy and keep you in the relationship with her. Take your woman straight to cloud nine by following these steps

v Take time to familiarize yourself with her body. I know that just seeing that beautiful naked body lying there waiting to be swept away by your manliness is enough to make you let one loose but resist the temptation. You don’t want to mess things up just because you couldn’t control yourself. Observe her reactions to even the simplest of your touches. However long it takes for her to reach that special place you must be willing to give her the time that she needs.

v  Get rid of your insecurities. The feeling of insecurity may come from the fact that you find it difficult to bring her to orgasms and as a man, you felt inadequate. Insecurities can damage your confidence and without confidence, it can be really hard to satisfy your partner sexually. Try not to be too hard on yourself, because most women naturally find it difficult to orgasm during lovemaking and there are women who are not fortunate to experience orgasms at all. Instead of blaming yourself, think of it as a challenge and a learning process.
v  Stop putting too much pressure on yourself in the bedroom. Too much pressure can lead to one's poor performance in the bedroom. Why not just enjoy the intimate moments in the bedroom with your partner and stop worrying about your performance. The more you worry about it the more you will end up doing the wrong things in the bedroom. Your partner can sense your stress from the pressure you are putting on yourself and it will also affect her intimacy level and performance in bed. Free yourself from any pressure if you want to give her earth shattering orgasms.

v  Honestly, discuss with your spouse about sex. To create a satisfying sex life with your partner, it is a must to openly communicate about sex. Share what you want in bed and what really turns you on with your partner. Openly share even your sexual fantasies. If you are honest enough to share your most intimate secrets with your partner, she will be obliged to give the same honesty and share even her sexual fantasies. If you both can communicate honestly and openly about sex, it would be easier to give her earth shattering orgasms every lovemaking session.

v  Women need longer foreplay to be ready for orgasm. If you want to give her earth shattering orgasms, you need to physically and mentally stimulate her. Some men have this wrong notion that just kissing and caressing her private parts will do the trick of bringing her to orgasms. Women need more than physical stimulation, you need to stimulate her mind too. Foreplay is not only engaging her body but also her mind to get aroused and crazily want to make love with you. You have to make her feel loved, admired and desired. Make her feel that she is the sexiest woman and she never fails to turn you on.

v  Learn to last longer in bed. Most men ejaculate and reach orgasm faster than women (well naturally that’s how we are wired- don’t ask, ‘cos I don’t know why either). Women need some 18 minutes or more to reach orgasm while men could orgasm in 2-4 minutes (some men even ejaculate in seconds). If you will finish first before she could even reach her own orgasm, chances are she’ll never orgasm at all. Learn to last longer and delay your ejaculation to wait for her to orgasm together with you. Lovemaking is more satisfying if both of you reach orgasm at the same time. It is much easier to give her earth shattering orgasms if you can last longer in bed.

SECRETS TO LASTING LONGER IN BED

Lasting longer in bed seems to be one of the main concerns men have concerning sex. This particular topic is so important to men that you see several guys posting this exact question in forums and so many other places. Just asking the same thing "HOW CAN I LAST LONGER IN BED?"
It’s completely understandable, you wouldn't blame them. I for one understand just how embarrassing it is to cum a little too soon. Believe me I Lost my first ever girlfriend for that single reason and each time I reminisce about the whole thing, it makes me laugh. I went in to her and I didn't even last 45 seconds. I couldn't even control my thrusting. Well in my defense that was my first time and I didn't really know what I was doing. But she left with a sad and displeased face and since that fateful day I never heard from her, ever again.

After that event, I decide I was not going to have sex again with any woman until I knew what I was doing. Hence, I decide to take sex as a course. I was going to master the act of pleasing women sexually……ask about my progress?  Am not there yet because I don’t think I qualify to be addressed as a master yet. Truth is the more I learned the more I discovered there was even more to learn. One thing I have come to understand it’s the fact that any man can last as long as he chooses in bed so long he is ready to make the necessary sacrifice. I mean take a good look at your life almost every good thing you know how to do so well today you had to learn how to do it didn't you? So why do we now think we should be masters at sex just by default?
Now back to our discussion. Unless you are a man from a different planet giving a woman orgasm is a hell of an ego booster…there is something about being able to please a woman that gives you this feeling that you are special, different if fact the word is you are super. Fellas trust me you are! indeed. Truth is only very few women even have orgasm during sex largely because of time difference between the male and female orgasm. So if you are able to hold your orgasm long enough just till she has hers or you have it together then you really are THE MAN!
By default, it takes a man about 4 minutes to cum after penetration heck some men even cum in seconds [I did] if they don’t have proper control or get too excited. But on the other hand it takes a woman about 18 minutes to reach orgasm. Yeah!!!!!!
Did I hear you say that is suicide? HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO KEEP THRUSTING FOR 18 WHOLE MINUTES? THAT WAS THE QUESTION I ASKED WHEN I FIRST SAW THAT RESEARCH. Then I told myself “it’s pointless I can't do it”
Good news Fellas is that yours sincerely as I write this post I sometimes go for 20-25 minutes [even more]. I have to make myself cum when I realize she is at it already…so trust me, if I can do it [all the way from 45 secs] then I believe anyone definitely can do it too. All you need is patience and dedication to these easy steps that I am going to give you on how to last longer in bed.

MASTURBATION
When you masturbate, try lasting up to 15 minutes before ejaculating. I advice you have a timer/stopwatch close to you. Each time you feel you’re close just stop and breath, allow the tension to cool off a little before you begin again. When masturbating have the woman's orgasm in mind, not your own. This will help you focus on the more important thing, which is pleasing the woman, and it will help you keep your mind off ejaculating.

BREATHING
I realize that most people hardly breathe properly during sex- just short breathes which is as bad as not breathing at all. Breathe .Let it start from your stomach, draw in long breaths and release completely. If you get too aroused and it seems you are losing control of your nostrils breath with your mouth [remember complete breathe]. Don’t worry about the sound you make, heavy breathing can be a great turn on for your partner during sex. Whatever you do just make sure you are breathing completely. If you realize you stopped [trust me it can happen-involuntary at some point during sex].Force yourself to resume.

PROLONG FOREPLAY
Spending more time on foreplay helps you remain cool and in control of your excitement. Take your time on her body kiss her from head to toe some women even get turned on when you kiss their hair [strange but true]. See her body as an adventure, let every kiss linger especially her stomach, abdomen and vagina. Be sensitive during foreplay notice how she reacts to any part of her body you touch this will help you stimulate her better. Give more attention to her more sensitive spots this will bring her closer to orgasm so when you penetrate you won’t have to work too hard to get her there.

DON'T THINK OF HAVING AN ORGASM DURING SEX.
When you think of finishing, that's exactly what will happen. Focus on something else like pleasing your partner. Focus on her curves, her body, and what's going on at the moment. Enjoy the moment.

TRY DIFFERENT POSITIONS.
By doing this not only are you showing her that you can please her in multiple ways, but you'll find out what she enjoys most.
This will also allow you to last longer in bed, because it'll give you resting periods and prevent over-stimulation from one position. But please don’t copy that insert and remove thing they do in porn movies that won’t help you.

TAKE SHORT BREAKS
During sex, if you feel you're becoming too aroused, stop for 5-10 seconds and let the excitement subside. Instead of thrusting try pressing. The difference is that when you thrust you have a burst of blood flow and your excitement increases much faster. It's better to avoid this until the end when either you or she's ready to climax.

EXERCISE [USE KEGEL EXERCISES]
These exercises help to tighten muscles that are responsible for ejaculatory control. The more you work these muscles out the more control you have on how soon you ejaculate. This also helps for erectile dysfunction, going to the bathroom too often. To do these exercises you first have to find the muscle. Next time you pee, try stopping mid flow. That flexing you used to stop peeing is the same flexing you need to practice. Flex the muscle daily. Flex the muscle for 5 seconds and release. Do this for 10 minutes a day, and it will do you wonders.

NUMBING CREAM
I doubt you will need numbing cream if you can follow the steps I listed above faithfully. I have being working with these same steps I listed above and am doing pretty well. However, you can make use numbing cream while you still work on improving your yourself naturally.  Though you have to be careful which product you opt for. Not all numbing creams are completely healthy for your penis.

CHRISTIAN SEX GUIDE:WHAT IS ALLOWED, WHAT ISN'T

Many Christians want to play it safe when it comes to sexual intimacy. There is some fear that certain acts or certain behavior during sex may constitute sin. Unfortunately, for many, this can lead to a life of very cautious and limiting intimate pleasures. Sometimes it leads to a non-existent sex life.
The first thing to understand is the great gift that sex is. It's a wonderful, joyous gift that should be celebrated fully between married couples. Limiting sex out of fear and confusion is a very negative Christian life to live, and certainly the kind of married life not intended by God.
A large part of being married is intimacy. And if you limit that part of your marriage you are not respecting the beauty, commitment, dedication, and given pleasures that define a true Christian marriage.
So you can see the importance of not only practicing the great gift of sex, but practicing it frequently and without any guilt or confusion.
You will find that most sexual acts (oral, anal, and varying positions) are generally considered as acceptable between a married man and woman.
You will also find that the number one issue which is NOT allowed within a Christian marriage during the performance of sex is pornography. Now there may be marital sex aids in the form of visual instruction which are designed to provide couples with proper technique and form. These are naturally acceptable as they aid in the sexual safety and proper pleasuring satisfaction of the married couple. It is the blatant, over the top pornography which focuses not on sex as love, but sex as a casual act for the sole purpose of pleasure with (usually) a stranger that is unacceptable.
There is a very simple and straight forward way to know if any sexual intimacy within a Christian marriage is acceptable or not. As a couple, ask yourselves the following questions:

Are We Practicing Physically Safe Sex? Is There Any Harm Involved?
This is very important. You want to create intimacy which is safe for both you and your loving partner. Doing things that create an obvious danger within your intimacy should not be acceptable.
Some Christians will get into marital intimacy aids such as sex toys to improve their pleasure. Oils, lotions, lubricants and such are absolutely fine. However, bringing-in outside objects leads to greater experimentation with things that clearly can pose a risk or a potential discomfort to you or your loving partner.

Is Your Sexual Practice Agreeable To One Another?
Your intimacy should be of mutual enjoyment. Your positions should be agreed upon and not cause harm to one another. Perhaps the husband greatly enjoys a particular position, one that the wife cringes at and feels uncomfortable performing because of the discomfort it brings. This position should not be allowed, or it needs to be greatly adjusted so as not to cause any harm to the other.

Is Your Sex Very Enjoyable?
This is the third question that often times gets left out of the discussion when it comes to Christian sex. There is so much focus on "what is allowed" and "what is not allowed", that the idea of an amazing, enjoyable sex life suddenly becomes forgotten. But this is the most important key! This is an act of Holy celebration between two loving, committed, Christian individuals and to stop short of having a tremendous sex life should not be accepted!
Practice having the best intimate life you can. Understand that it is a gift that you should cherish and partake in as often as is possible. You should also learn, study, and practice different ways to sexually please each other as to make your intimacy as extremely enjoyable as possible!

SHOCKING:ORAL SEX LINKED TO THROAT CANCER

Many people are still led by the belief that oral sex is free from any kind of risk. But, experts opine that even oral sex has its own risks and sometimes these risks are quite enormous. On hearing the term oral sex, some people think that it bereft any significant enjoyment, while a few others believe that it is very safe and can be compared to the next stage of sexual abstinence. But oral sex is not abstinence, it is just another form of sex and believe me you that you stand a chance [though a relatively lower chance] of contacting STD's and some other diseases through oral sex and even scarier is the link between oral sex and throat cancer. YES! You can get throat cancer from oral sex, says American Cancer Society Chief Medical Officer Otis Brawley, MD.
It's not oral sex that literally causes cancer, but the Human Papillomavirus (HPV), which can be passed from person to person during sex, including oral sex.
Researchers have found that some cancers of the Oropharynx (the middle of the throat) and Tonsils are probably caused by a certain type of Human Papillomavirus (HPV). HPV is common, but it doesn't always cause cancer. If you aren't exposed to HPV during oral sex, you're not at risk for cancer.
Brawley says that hints of a link between HPV and Oropharyngeal cancer came in the late 1980s and early '90s. Researchers noticed an increase in this kind of cancer among people who hadn't been very prone to it before. In the early 2000s, scientists were able to use advanced DNA testing to find HPV 16 in many of these newer cancers. Brawley determined that sexual activity must be involved. Both men and women can have HPV infection in the throat. It doesn't discriminate against gender. Although performing oral sex on a male partner without a condom is riskier than other forms of oral sex says Terri Warren, RN, owner of Westover Heights Clinic in Portland. Other risks involved with oral sex include:
1.       If any one of the partners has mouth ulcers, it can cause pathogens to enter the body even before you realize it.

2.      In a few cases, if the woman is menstruating, then the man can contract infections or germs easily.

3.      Licking areas like the anus in case of oro-anal sexual relationship exposes one to the risk of ingesting (swallowing) germs.
With more people engaging in oral sex and more people are contacting STDs through oral sex. It is absolutely essential  (if you want a healthy sex life) for you know how to have oral sex safely — for you and your partner.

STEPS TO SAFER ORAL SEX.
  • Keep semen and vaginal fluids out of your mouth.
  • Make sure that your mouth is healthy and that you don't have bleeding gums, cuts, or mouth sores, because the presence of blood will increase your risk.
Safe Oral Sex On a Woman
In order to keep vaginal fluids out of your mouth:
  • Purchase a dental dam
  • Use a piece of plastic wrap (Saran Wrap) as a barrier between the mouth and the vagina, or
  • Cut an un-lubricated condom into a latex square.
Safe Oral Sex On a Man
In order to keep cum out of your mouth:
  • Use an un-lubricated, non-spermicidal condom
  •  Use Flavored condoms

GENERALLY
Test Yourself- There are many state-of-the-art technologies available in the market today to make sure that you are confident while engaging in sex. Once you come up negative in the results of these tests, you can rest assured that you are not a carrier of any infections. Hence, your partner can also be at peace.
Never go overboard- the fact that you and/or your partner is using condom or dermis gum doesn't mean you can throw caution to the wind remember that condom, if stretched too much can tear. Be cautious.

Good Hygiene- of cause you must learn to take proper care of yourself wash and clean your body regularly especially your genitals.
Recent studies have revealed that even a small cut or sore in your mouth can trigger the possibility of coming in contact with germs that can cause infections like genital warts or herpes. Parts like penis or anus are areas that can contain a lot of germs. Hence, you need to exercise care and caution while practicing oral sex

Lastly but most importantly, stick to
one partner- The more partners you have the higher your risk of being infected with Sexually Transmitted Diseases {STD's}. Having many sex partners doesn't make you the ALPHA MALE/FEMALE- it only makes you a WH**E (excuse the expression). Be Wise, Play Safe and Stay Healthy.
